The Mazda MX5 – A Sleek, Refined and Affordable Sports Car
The Mazda MX5 is one of the most versatile, comfortable and powerful sports cars on the market. For such a compact vehicle, it truly is amazing what the MX5 is capable of. Are you looking for a car that can zip around tight city corners without a second thought? How about a smooth sports car to take you down the coast? The Mazda MX5 is the car for you. The later models are truly spectacular, with carefully crafted interiors that are built to handle the open-roof drives you will inevitably go on. The materials are hardy and durable, while still looking stylish and slick. For a beautiful sports car that drives well and is fun to be in, the MX5 is where it’s at.
The car has evolved over the years, having initially burst onto the scene in 1989 and carving up the sports car market due to its affordability and high performance. The car was in such high demand, more and more production orders were initiated – Mazda simply couldn’t keep up with the public’s desire of the MX5. The car was also released with the option for a hardtop, a feature that true MX5 lovers rejected quite thoroughly. The car, strangely enough, was not initially released as a Mazda, but instead as a Eunos in the Japanese market.
